How to build a leadership pipeline with QRM
Michael Abbo – Business Manager at Suselbeek and QRM Beta Specialist
Michael will take you into the world of leadership & QRM and reveal how they have overcome their leadership challenges by building a new leadership pipeline. During the implementation of QRM within Suselbeek's organization, Michael discovered that letting go of old leadership styles was one of the stumbling blocks. Implementing QRM means that the leadership needs to be shifted to the shop floor. The big question was how to transform the company's leaders into supporting or coaching roles.
Suselbeek is a Dutch carpentry factory which was established in 1874. The company has a total of 48 employees who realize a turnover of 10 million euros. In 2010, Mr. Johan Suselbeek (Director and Owner) discovered QRM. In the beginning of 2011, a start was made with the introduction of QRM to all employees. From that moment onwards, the company has achieved amazing results.
